Well, some are fortunate to have the support of their parents while others are not. So should they continue chasing their dreams or should quit.
The Northern Region base afro pop artiste Fancy Gadam has said his parents disliked the idea of being a musician.
In an exclusive interview, with Supa Asante on Showbiz Today on Supreme Africa Radio, the afro pop artiste said his close relative did not know who he was looking up to because they were no big artiste in Tamale.
The VGMA’s 2017 new artiste of year said they preferred schooling than music.”I was chased to school and will run away from school” he stated.”I chased my music career” he added.
He urged the youth to go for whatever they aspire to be in the future. He added that, the youth should pay deaf ear to any form of negative mindsets and society that will hinder their progress in life.
Mujahid Ahmed Bello also known as Fancy Gadam by his fans has been consistent with his career realizing songs that got most Ghanaians getting on their dancing shoes with “Total Cheat”,”Akonko”,”We Dey Collect” and others.
The Afro pop artiste Fancy Gadam in 2017 won the Vodafone Music Award’s (VGMA) New Artiste of the Year beating the likes of Medikal, the late Ebony, Nii Funny and others.
He further revealed that, he will be releasing “Customer”with Partoranking. Fancy hinted that,he will feature Mr Eazi,R2Bees and others.
